Molon Labe Spartan Helmet



Molon Labe, translates from ancient Greek to “Come and Take This”  Thin Blue Line US Flag set inside Spartan Helmet.

At the onset of the battle of Thermopylae the Persian Army demanded the Greek’s lay down their weapons and surrender.  King Leonidas responded with the now iconic phrase “Molon Labe” or “Come and Take it”.  Although outnumbered and ultimately defeated, the Spartans inflicted sever casualties onto the Persian Army and held Thermopylae for three days and delaying the Persian Army’s progress to Athens.
